Refunds & Returns

Our policy on refunds and cancellations.

Because of the nature of the work and the digital products Ana Datta offers, all sales are considered carefully crafted by both parties. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Digital Courses (Inner Work Magic)

All sales of digital courses are final. Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the course materials. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

1:1 Sessions (Identity Audit)

Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once at no charge. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Sessions are non-transferable.

1:1 Mentoring Containers (Inner Work Alchemy)

Due to the highly personalised nature of 1:1 mentoring, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to pause or exit the container, please contact us directly to discuss your options. Any remaining unpaid instalments are still due per the agreed payment schedule.

Exceptions

We handle all situations with care and on a case-by-case basis. If you have experienced an exceptional circumstance, please reach out and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
